American Waste Dilutes

Well we did it.

We voted to only support child rapists in the highest office possible.

Everywhere else, we’re not having it.

Americans sit on their ass until they’re forced to pay attention against their will, even with all of the privilege and opportunity in the world.

Even then, 65% are ok with child molestation because at least comparatively that’s moving in the right direction.

That’s the Overton Window for ya, FOLKS!!!!

But anyhow, I don’t want to get anyone down just for the sake of getting them down. I don’t want to be cynical, and certainly not unrealistic.

But here’s the thing…

It’s true. Americans don’t pay attention, and it’s because they don’t have to.

Not when all of the empire and propaganda is incentivizing them not to.

Not when all of the global machinery, which is now being compromised by Degradation Daddy Trump but not dismantled, is pointed straight at the good ol’ USA still 80 odd years later.

Not when you got to live your own life and take care of your kids.

You love your kids.

You’d do anything for them.

Yeah well….

I guess Sudanese, Congolese, and Palestinian kids can continue trying to find and pick up their own dispersed or shriveled body parts in the meantime.

Because what you’re not acknowledging is that we could have done much more, at any time, against things.

We are citizens of the most powerful country that has ever existed and still couldn’t find it in ourselves to reject outright genocides nor any amount of empire….which is really one in the same - just done in different ways.

I don’t think most Americans understand anything at all about empire, much less they’re culpability in it.

If we got rid of all the White Americans or had tests about these things to be able to vote first that might go a long way in helping to fix this bullshit.

Anyway - I should probably have some of those fucking kids of my own soon.

It would make the PTA meetings fun when I bring all this shit up constantly, regardless of context.

Then my kid can confront me with it 30 years later after a decade of two of required and justified intensive therapy.

I’ll feel bad about it, but I think it’s still worth the cost and shit.

Love y’all. Kisses xoxoxoxox
